Khello Bangladesh (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "Khello Bangladesh") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Khello Bangladesh and each member of the platform.

Additional Rules on Deposits & Withdrawals:

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same person's name.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• For suspicious transactions, Khello Bangladesh will not release funds without verification.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering policy is mandatory.

The following rules apply to all betting on Khello Bangladesh, covering all bet types — including cricket, football, live betting, and accumulators.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available.
• Bets recorded on Khello Bangladesh's servers shall be considered the final and definitive record.
• Khello Bangladesh reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, stakes are generally refunded.
• If part of an accumulator bet is voided, that selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Khello Bangladesh will make a decision following a thorough investigation.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If a bet is not placed due to a network issue before the odds are confirmed, it will be voided and the stake refunded.

Khello Bangladesh offers members bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply when claiming any of these offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet: When using bonus funds, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Eligible Games: Not all games qualify for bonus wagering. Each offer will specify the list of eligible games.
• Multiple Accounts: No more than one bonus may be claimed by the same person, household, address, or device.

Khello Bangladesh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without providing a reason. In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of Khello Bangladesh is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khello Bangladesh and will result in immediate account closure:

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or manipulation of results.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Allowing or assisting anyone under the age of 18 to use the platform.
• Posting false information or fake reviews for promotional purposes.

Khello Bangladesh may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these terms and conditions.
• Refusing to verify your identity or providing false information.
• In cases of suspicious betting or transaction activity.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or regulatory authority.
• When a member requests to close their own account.

Before closing an account, Khello Bangladesh will generally notify the member by email or SMS. However, in urgent cases, the account may be closed without prior notice. Balances will be returned for accounts closed for legitimate reasons, but may be forfeited if the closure is due to prohibited activity.

Khello Bangladesh believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a cause of stress or financial hardship. We consider responsible gaming a core part of our values.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
